Affiliates must have an established website/social channel with beauty-related content. Websites most commonly accepted are Instagram accounts, Salon Pages, and YouTube channels.

 

Your site must include quality content and an established following, which will drive a reasonable amount of traffic to the Premier Violet Hair Extensions website. Premier Violet Hair Extensions Affiliates Receive:

• A unique coupon code to track affiliate sales and share with your followers

• Commission on purchases made by new customers using your affiliate link

• Starter Info Email Affiliates please allow 30 days for commission payments to be processed as they are sent in bulk groups.

These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between Premier Violet Hair and you ("affiliate"). By signing up to be an affiliate in the Premier Violet Hair Affiliate Program ("program") you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read them carefully before signing up.

 

Definitions:

Agreement - the contents of the contract between Premier Violet Hair and the Affiliate in respect to the Program

Program - The affiliate program as set out on the Site and is governed by this Agreement

Affiliate - Party who agrees to take part in the Program

Link - a HTML link provided to the Affiliate to link the Affiliate's website to the Site

Site - www.premierviolethair.com website

IG - Instagram

 

1. The Agreement

1.1. An Affiliate must provide full legal name, valid address, e-mail address and any other information requested in order to create an Affiliate account.

1.2 An Affiliate must have a valid PayPal address to receive commission payments and include this on their profile during registration.

1.3. Premier Violet Hair reserves the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice.

1.4. Any modifications or changes to the Program shall be subject to these terms.

1.5. You may not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Violation of these terms and conditions may result in suspension of your rights to be an Affiliate and result in lost commissions and/or removal from the Program.

2. Modification of Premier Violet Hair Affiliate Program terms and conditions

Premier Violet Hair reserves the right to modify or otherwise change the terms of the agreement at any time. In the case of any modifications of the terms and conditions in this agreement, it is up to the affiliate to stay updated on the terms of this agreement as Premier Violet Hair may change terms without notice from time to time. If the affiliate doesn't accept any modification, the affiliates option is to end the agreement.

3. Affiliate account

In order to enter the Premier Violet Hair Affiliate network (provided by Refersion), Premier Violet Hair will create an individual account for Affilate. From this account Premier Violet Hair will track and view sales, and send commission payments.

4. Legitimate methods of advertising

4.1. Affiliates are permitted to use links, discount codes, any related banners, or text advertisements provided by Premier Violet Hair.

4.2. Affiliates are not permitted to promote any non-affiliate program related materials, such as coupon codes provided in customer newsletters, codes provided to other affiliates, any promotional codes, or codes received from any source other than directly from the Premier Violet Hair affiliate program.

4.3. The promotion should include the offer, discount code, link provided by Premier Violet Hair affiliate program and expiration date.

4.4. Affiliates must remove invalid codes and banners.

4.5. Affiliate coupon codes and links are not to be promoted on third party websites such as coupon databases.

4.6. Affiliates are permitted to promote their coupon code and link on their personal social media platforms only and must not share this information on any Premier Violet Hair social pages.

4.7. Please note it is strictly forbidden to use Premier Violet Hair's trademark and your affiliate link on any paid advertising channels.

4.8. Any sales that have been generated through improper promotion, will result in loss of commission.

4.9. Affiliates may not advertise any other brand of hair extensions whilst enrolled in the Premier Violet Hair affiliate program. Should the affiliate wish to advertise another brand of hair extensions, the affiliate is responsible for ending the partnership with Premier Violet Hair by sending an e-mail to info@premierviolethair.com. Should Premier Violet Hair find that the affiliate is promoting another brand of hair extensions during the Affiliate term with Premier Violet Hair without receiving prior notification by e-mail, this may result in suspension of your rights to be an Affiliate and result in lost commissions and/or removal from the Program.

4.10. Premier Violet Hair reserves the right to take legal action against Affiliate that commits fraud.

4.11. Affiliate codes will be changed on a frequent basis and affiliates will be contacted with their new code. All old codes must be removed and replaced with the new discount code.

5. Copyrighted material

Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that product descriptions and images comply with all applicable copyright, trademark, data protection, any intellectual property right or any other applicable law. Premier Violet Hair will not be responsible if an affiliate uses another party's copyrighted material in violation of law.

6. Payments

6.1. Affiliates receive a commission for sending authorized sales via links and codes provided by Premier Violet Hair Affiliate Program. The customer must make a purchase by clicking the link on affiliate's website within 30 days of the initial click-through.

6.2. The commission is based on applicable product that is sold.

6.3. Payout rates may be changed.

6.4. It is affiliates responsibility to determine if the payout for the link provided has been discontinued.

6.5. The commission is paid only on links that can be tracked and reported by Premier Violet Hair Affiliate Program systems. In order for systems to track the referral, the customer must have cookies enabled.

6.6. Refunded payments do not qualify for commission fee.

6.7. Payments may be revoked in the instance that a code is leaked on third party websites. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure their code is not leaked.

7. Premier Violet Hair Obligations

Premier Violet Hair agrees to undertake the following obligations:

7.1. Providing the affiliate with promotional material, such as links, coupon codes, banners and any other graphic materials.

7.2. Processing all orders for Premier Violet Hair products placed by following the affiliate's link.

7.3. Tracking the amount of sales generated through the affiliate’s’ link and all social media content via tags and mentions

7.4. Payment processing, cancellations, returns and other related customer service for Premier Violet Hair for the purpose of business.

8. Affiliate Obligations

8.1. Affiliates are required to post two pieces of unique, original content, on their social media platforms on a monthly basis.

8.2. One piece of content can include the following items: IG feed post, IGTV, IG reel, IG stories (3+ frames), YouTube video (review, get ready with me glam/date night, hair tutorials, review), blog post (review, hair tutorial), TikTok feed post.

8.3 Instagram content must tag @premierviolethairextensions on the photo and in the caption in order for Premier Violet Hair to track the content. TikTok content must tag @premierviolethairextensions in the caption in order for Premier Violet Hair to track the content. YouTube and blog content must link back to the Premier Violet Hair website and be emailed to info@premierviolethair.com. to track the content.

8.4. All content must be sent via email to info@premierviolethair.com at the end of the month for content tracking purposes.

8.5. Affiliate must be following @premierviolethairextensions on IG.

8.6. Failure to follow affiliate obligations may result in affiliate content being overlooked and potential removal from the program.

8.7. If affiliates are unable to complete content, they may contact Premier Violet Hair via email at info@premierviolethair.com for assistance and provide reasoning.

8.8. Affiliate removal will take place if affiliates fail to oblige with content requirements set forth in this agreement, if their code is inactive for 3 months, or they choose to be terminated from the program.

9. The License

9.1. Premier Violet Hair grants to the affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access Premier Violet Hair site through the link in accordance with the terms of this agreement and in connection with the promotional materials provided and authorized by Premier Violet Hair.

9.2. Premier Violet Hair can use content created on all social media platforms and placements, website, ads. Affiliate will always be credited.

9.3. Affiliates cannot modify or change any materials provided by Premier Violet Hair in any way.

9.4. Both parties agree not to use other's materials in any manner that is misleading, disparaging or in any way portrays the party in a negative light.

9.5. Any inappropriate use of the promotional material may be cause for immediate termination of the agreement.

10. Liability

Premier Violet Hair will not be liable to the affiliate for the defects in the service, interruptions in the accessibility to the service, loss of data on the information handling system or viruses, loss of profits, loss caused by any third party deleting, removing, deactivating or tampering with the affiliate tracking service or other consequential loss of whether arising from neglect or breach of contract.

11. Termination

The term of the agreement starts upon Premier Violet Hair affiliate program acceptance of affiliate's application and can be terminated by either party. Affiliation can be ended with or without cause at any time, by giving the other party notice of termination in the form of e-mail. Upon the termination of the agreement, the affiliate will remove all links to Premier Violet Hair website, as well as all banners and graphic images provided under the program.
