Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or to rebook. If we do not receive 24 hours notice the deposit becomes non refundable and another deposit is required to make a new appointment. Appointments made within the 24 hours have non refundable deposits. Please show up to your appointment 5 minutes early. If you are late, we will hold the appointment for up to 15 minutes. If later than that, the appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will apply in order to rebook. You may have the option to keep the appointment and pay a late fee if we have no other appointments after yours (must call and confirm). If no call, no show that means no rebooking. Appointments outside of normal scheduling hours will be charged at a premium rate of 20% extra.
